Busy Weekend Ahead for Phantoms

Busy Weekend Ahead for Phantoms
30th May 2018

The Peterborough Phantoms Para Ice Hockey Team will be busy this weekend with back-to-back games.

After a dramatic draw against Manchester in their last game, the Phantoms return to home ice on Saturday (2nd) when they host the Cardiff Huskies. Games against the Huskies, who have a number of ex-Phantoms players in their squad, are always close affairs and with a number of current GB Internationals in both teams, the game is guaranteed to be entertaining.

The game is sponsored by Persimmon Homes Community Champions and all the action starts at 4.15pm at the Peterborough Ice Arena. Admission is FREE, and parking is just a pound for 3 hours.

On Sunday, the Phantoms hit the road as they travel to the Steel City of Sheffield to face their Sheffield Steelkings at iceSheffield.

The Steelkings pipped the Phantoms to the Play-Off tournament last season, and so the Phantoms will likely be out for revenge. Both the Phantoms and the Steelkings have the biggest squads in the league, so it could get crowded on the ice !

Sundays game faces off at 4.15pm and admission is free.
